Ray is the former host of Hive Radio, the program that originally had this time slot when CKUW launched in 1999.
His DJ name back then was Typeone and he was a big part of bringing something different to Winnipeg’s drum & bass scene, until he packed up and headed to the east coast to go to school. He also has recorded and released music under the name Gentle and with the band Pastoralia.
